Delivery Costs Free delivery to UK postal addresses including the Isle of Wight but excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland, Isle of Man and all other UK Islands.

£5 charge for delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland; postcodes: AB31-AB38, AB40-AB56, IV1-IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA21-PAS38, PH4-PH41, PH49-PH50, BT.

£7 charge for delivery to all other UK Islands inc Isle of Man and Channel Isles; postcodes: HS, IV41-IV49, IV51,55 & 56, KA27-KA28, KW15-KW17, PA20, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH42-PH44, ZE, Isle of Man, Channel Isles.

Delivery Information

Deliveries will be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday, and will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 p.m.

Whenever possible, goods will be dispatched by Courier within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase. Due to our delivery being outsourced, we cannot always guarantee next day delivery, so please allow for this. Please bear in mind there may be delays when ordering over weekends and national holidays when placing your order. If an order is needed for a definite date, please contact us prior to ordering, so we can advise beforehand.

In the event that you select a business address we shall be deemed to have delivered your order to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address and receiving from a duly authorised representative.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service.

We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.

Returns

Sometimes couriers can be a little heavy handed with our parcels, if on the rare occasion you receive a delivery of your King Brain Drinks in a damaged box, please ensure you obtain a signature from the delivery driver confirming this, should you wish to proceed and accept the order.

We recommend that you do not accept goods that have been damaged in transit. J and M King Brain cannot be held liable for any issues occurring as a result of a customer signing for damaged goods. Parcels which appear intact on delivery but are found to contain damaged goods on opening should be reported to our office within 48 hours of receiving the goods, allowing us to take the appropriate action. Damaged or faulty goods should be retained by the customer in the packaging they were delivered in, until such point that J and M King Brain has advised on collection or disposal arrangements.
