Our beautiful traditional cider orchards provide a wonderful environment for birds and insects and the apple trees look spectacular when in blossom!

We harvest our cider apples from our organic orchards each Autumn and press the apples to make delicious cider!

We pick the beautiful elderflowers that flower in our farm’s hedges and in our elderflower orchard each May and June to make our delicious sparkling organic elderflower pressé.

We have traditional breeds of beef cattle on our organic farm, such as South Devons and Herefords. The cows and calves graze our organic pastures and orchards.

We are lucky to farm in the lush and beautiful countryside of Somerset and we take great care of our land to benefit the trees, wildflowers and wildlife.
