Description: Chisel Jersey is a local cider apple variety with ‘Jersey’ deriving from ‘Jaisy’, an old Somerset word for apple. Classified as a late season, full bittersweet cider apple, our Chisel Jersey is full of flavour, rich, smooth and very delicious!

We use organic cane sugar to produce a medium cider.
